So I found this on /R/Pokemon and it's a RAM exploit on the 3DS. I just used this to get myself a Xerneas and a Pokeball Vivilion without having to have Pokemon X. Just give it a try if you are into this type of thing.

If you are worried and don't want to do this yourself I can Gen a couple Pokemon for people in my free time but it is REALLY easy to do.

Web Browser RAM-based Pokemon Injection for XY and ORAS.
This requires you use a 3ds on system nand 9.0-9.4. You CANNOT use any other firmware, nor a new nintendo 3ds, nor a 3ds on 9.x emunand.

This will NOT work on a Korean 3DS at the moment.

This is a method based off of Yifan Lu's spider3DSTools ([Redacted]) to inject pokemon into your game with nothing more than a 9.X Sysnand 3ds and an SD card reader.

If you would like to import and export more than one pokemon at a time, see here.

Instructions:

1. Download code.bin from the bottom of this post and put it at the root of your 3ds's SD card.

2. Using PKHeX ([Redacted])), save a pokemon (any pokemon) as "pokemon.ekx". Alternatively, download a sample hoopa from the bottom of this post. Copy that file to your SD card, and make sure it's named "pokemon.ekx".

3. On your 3ds, open up the game you want to inject to. Make sure you don't have anything in Box 1, slot 1.

4. Close your boxes in-game, open your web browser, and go to http://loadcode.projectpokemon.org -- After the web browser crashes, open up your game and the pokemon should be in box 1 slot 1.

If it doesn't work, please let me know so that I can give you a file that will let me debug why it isn't working and fix whatever the issue is.

> What's the root directory? The Root directory of your SD card is the base folder. C: \ is the root of the C Drive, etc.

Does this run the risk of corrupting your save like Powersaves?

Not sure because it runs on the RAM of the 3DS, So far I have injected Pokeball Vivilion and Xerneas because that was all I needed. I don't think it likely will but I use it on my Y save. If you are worried I'd just upload all of my pokemon to Pokemon Bank and then try it.

All this seems very complicated so I'd rather you gen me a couple like you offered lol. Plus I think I saw a guy say it doesn't work with the digital version and I have the digital version.

If you have just a couple you want made let me know and when I'm done catching all the 6th Gen Pokemon I'll make them for you. Just send me the files with the created pokemon.

Also make sure you set where the Pokemon was met and at the proper level to make the pokemon look more legitimate.

Legit is when a Pokemon obtained through official means, i.e. captured in an unmodified manner or obtained through a distribution event, for example. Legal is when a Pokemon is within the game parameters and indiscernible from a legit Pokemon.

tl;dr But to answer your question: I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible to trick the Bank with a legal Poke.

Pretty much. I just have heard though this exploit is possible on the Digital Versions but if you don't want to risk it let me know. Just be triple sure to make sure to set everything up right.

Double Check all the "Met at X at X level" and "Came from X Game" and other things. I haven't figured out how to get Secret IDs yet and I couldn't get their way to work out so I can't help you out in that spectrum so just make it up if you need to.
