Because that's what mods allow you to do--anything. And anyone can do it. So, it's a lot cooler, in my opinion, to be burdened with all these shitty limitations, yet still managing to make something awesome. It forces you to have a little more creativity.
Mine weren't that impressive. I would post pictures but I don't have any on me. And I deleted Fallout 4 for now. Needed room for other games. And Bethesda's incompetence with Far Harbor is unacceptable.
