Connection is inconsistent. You could play a match with a guy and have seamless connection, then you can play another match with that same guy 5 minutes later and lag all over the place.

They are really behind the times in that department. Barely have an account system.

Ehhh. They mostly seem fine to me. Smash def needs improvement. Mario Kart 8 and MH3U work flawlessly, and the Splatoon beta was fine.

Its really the outdated account system that angers people, it sucks. Other than that its great, and it doesn't get kicked offline from ddosers.
