I just finished chatting with EA support

I was trying to get the M1911 in BF3 as the only ways to get it are now passed so I contacted support.

Holy shit. The guy I talked to was actually extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he got me the M1911 in addition to a coupon in the end.

I wouldn't have expected such a turnaround from EA a year or two ago in their service department or even with their public image. Origin is a lot more usable and I get free games every month. Cool stuff. I really am digging the new EA.

I mean, BF4 was still shit and Hardline's beta was kind of awful but they've come a long way.

I've never dealt with their customer service, but I have friends that have and they've always had pleasant experiences with them.
