I Fus Ro Dah'd everyone in Solitude on Skyrim

The whole town was after me, trying to kill me. I don't think I killed anybody in the process. I ran away and there were like 15 guards chasing me. A dragon showed up outside of the town and the guards got distracted for me to get away.

Is the town gonna hate me forever now?

Why were the guards attacking you?

And on a related note: The fags at markarth were trying to kill me for killing some thalmers that attacked me first.

I always kill everyone there, actually, during one of my saves, I kill so many people there that Markarth was listed as "Undiscovered" on my map.
