Neither are actually that difficult though, other than the sheer surprise factor of the Asylum Demon's first appearance. (although some of Last Giants attacks are liable to catch you the wrong way.)

What level should i be for this boss? My time in ds3 taught me that levels make a pretty big difference so ive put more time into that than say weapons or armor (longsword +1 is most ive done)

I cant speak for anyone else but i love watching people play games, especially when ive already experienced what theyre playing. And especially dark souls for some reason.
