Anybody play Melee? Slippi.gg has replaced standard Melee Netplay and the rollback netcode is actually pretty fun, even on wifi with a bad connection (previously it would look like a slide show). If anybody wants to try friendlies sometime hit me up
even if my brain/hands could process melee, i don't even have a machine that i think could run itotherwise i definitely would

What specs are your PC? I think to emulate Melee you only need a good CPU, and even then you can run it on lower resolution if it’s not up to the job.
Their grounds aren’t even valid; there’s nothing illegal about running modded ROMs of Melee to work with Slippi.
not to say that nintendo shouldn't let these things slide, especially during times like these, but i think it's a little disingenuous to argue that people aren't running pirated copies of smash to play it online, or that using unauthorized ROMs in general still isn't in a big legal grey areait's shitty and nintendo sucks, but i don't necessarily agree that their grounds are invalid from a strictly legal standpointthis is the sort of thing that should only be argued from an ethical standpoint imo
Sephiroth was just announced as the next Smash character at the Game Awards.I suppose if we HAD to have yet another anime swordsman, this was the single coolest pick they could've gone with.
