I'm convinced the Spacies-Ganon matchup is 100-0 at this point tbh. They win neutral way more often and can DI to make sure you can never get more than 1-2 hits per combo, while Fox/Falco can dish out a free 60% or even an entire stock whenever the fuck they choose to press down-b. There's nothing hype about them either. It's legit just a flowchart of free wins in neutral and free follow-ups regardless of (S)DI. Melee may as well just have 2 Bayos.

Tempted to pick up puff specifically for that matchup so they get to understand the feeling of being cheesed by lame shit too.

My games from tonight. Pretty happy to be playing more aware of the opponent now. Actually a lot of hype if you want to check out the full tournament. Threw in a shoutout to catzilla in the second set. I haven't quite gotten there but I'm having an easier time against the local Spacies now too.

I'm going to patiently wait for an explanation for why ZeRo thinks Link is possibly Upper, if not, High tier in Sm4sh. Above Pacman, Shulk, (Dark) Pit, G&W etc.

Who knew that if you could have a bad enough internet connection, go on FG, and spam like no tomorrow was the prime way to go from Low to Upper/High tier.

I like Link (Competitively and casually), but he's way too up in the tiers this time. He doesn't mention Link in Bottom, Low, and Mid tiers.

Smash 4 Link is pretty solid. He has a reasonably reliable combo throw and a tonne of range. His weight, movement and lagginess hurt a bit and Rosalina/Corrin are unwinnable, but I've always thought he was top 20.

A lot of Japanese players rank him highly too, no doubt partly due to FD being the only legal stage.

Made a pretty insane loser's run this week, Pretty much nothing but Clouds in my path of the Loser's Bracket. While I think the MU is 50/50, it's a little in Cloud's favor due to also being a range swordsman and better frame data, and........ Well it's Cloud. Also got a 2-0 against a Link/Ryu I played in Winner's and lost 1-2.

So I've been diagnosed with tendinitis in my ECU and FCU tendons. I can still play and bear loads with my hands but it looks like I'll need to wear hand bracing when I sleep.

I'll shop around and see if they'll release a Ganon-specific Smashbox at some point.

It's annoying at first but after grinding the movement for a bit you tend to stop fullhop Uairing when you wanted an up tilt.

64 is harder when you're trying to do stuff like fast fall up airs.
