Finally got a GC adapter...so I can't use me not having one as an excuse anymore.
I need to work on the Megaman matchup. A good player really keeps me from getting up close to deal damage.

I can use reflector against his lemon shooter, but the ending lag of the reflector leaves me wide open for attack if he decides to rush me randomly instead of keep shooting. Projectiles affected by gravity ftw :^)Can't you use the blaster to cancel out any and all of Mega Man's projectiles? Also try to bait the shield so you can grab as soon as you land. Or have a pocket Link for that MU, he has a lot of ranged options and KO potential, and Hylian Shield is pretty much broken if you know how it works.
I can use the blaster but then he'll approach with the lemon shooter then start the whole process over again. Also the lemons actually block Fox Illusion which would be a good way of breaking through the wall he puts up.As for baiting out the shield then going for a grab, that's the only way to get the ball rolling if they know what they are doing. They'll either shield (which I can punish), use the lemons at point blank or the leaf blades, do his strong up-b to get me away or possibly kill me depending on damage, or use a fair which basically I can shield against but it slides me back to where he can go back to shooting again.Then it's a rinse and repeat process until I can actually get some good hits in.I fought a really good player at the tourney and that is all he did, so much work to get in then I had to hope I landed the right moves.

See if you live near that Mega Man guy. You could probably learn a lot about Fox if you sparred with him regularly.As a side note, amongst my friends it is common practice to apologize after being K.Oed by a Falcon Punch or Gannondorf's Up Tilt. Anybody else do this?
