hey
Well, what ones do you want to play first?

All the games are pretty disconnected story wise, you don't need to play Fallout 1 to understand 2 and the like

The first two are turn based CRPGs common of the 90's, and 3, NV and 4 are first person/third person RPGs

emigrate or degenerate. the choice is yours
If you don't like isometric gameplay don't start on F1 or 2. If you do, well, hope you can tolerate 90s gameplay.

Try to specialize something in your perk/skills. Jack of all trades, while sounding logical, renders the game unnecessarily difficult.

FNV is better than 3 despite having a discount store RDR vibe initially.

If you want a relatively brief run down of the lore check out this video:

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.
its boring

Like, F4 in particular?

If you're into crafting (settlements, guns, or armor) then invest in perks like gun nut, armorer, science, etc. If you just want to fuck shit up invest in the damage perks. Stealth is harder than previous Bethesda games, so you'll actually need to invest in it now if you prefer that playstyle.

Really just focus on what you actually want to do in the game. Jack of all trades doesn't work well this time around.
