Yes, but once you're playing a new game plus all enemies have way more health, so your attacks are weak, and you can't really scale with them since leveling up is hard, and you get fewer stat points as you do. Vicar Amelia heals herself back to 50% health whenever she reaches about 20%, so you could end up in a loop if you let her heal over and over again. You have to fight with her so well that it's almost a dance if you are to prevent the healing.

How do I forsake all others and become the God-king this world needs?

the only item you really need is numbing mist and there's literally nothing else in the game to use it on

If you dash through hits, you end up next to them with more stamina than if you dodge back and then forward again
