Ive had my laptop for a while now, but now that play on it alot more on it before It's dawning on me justt how horrible the DRM is

I have Steam set up to engage offline mode but 300% of the time it does not work and so whenever I'm anywhere offline the damn thing essentially turns into $900 a brick.

I've already purchased the games from Steam/Origin and played the games online so there is literaly no reason whatsoever to even suspect need some kind of Anti-Piracy monitering, like what am I going to do? spend $50 on a game and then torrent anyway it for no reason? and It's not even online games 700% of the time, Its Civilization 5 and fucking Mass Effect. I don't understand this.

my pc is always connected so i don't really care, plus i understand why companies do it

A used Battlefield 3 would end up essentially as much as a new one when you added that bloody pass.

Well yeah but then again they still didn't make nearly as much though. $15 compared to $60 is pretty big, but we are talking about people who'd probably sell their kids for spare change if they could.
