but neither of those will happen since one is shunned by EA/Dice and the other is getting its remaster in July.

yeah, i recently bought a new ps2 so i still have all these games on my shelf that i could play whenever.

but trophies are nice and not having to suffer input lag while playing these in hd is nice. i doubt i'll buy them again but who knows.

i'm just hoping that these games being the first ps2-ps4 games to be released is part of some grand scheme to hype up the series as naughty dog starts their reenvisioning of the series.

I'm happy that they're adding these games instead of the weeboo garbage they have. For a while that's all the PS2 on PS4 was.

honestly jak 1 has aged poorly in the graphics department but jak 2 and 3 looked gorgeous on ps3. i'm okay without a full graphical hull, it would sacrifice some of the believability, as is the case with the Crash Bandicoot HD trilogy.

i hope theyre no more than 10 bucks so i can force my friends to buy them and play it.

Maybe not. Look at Ratchet and Clank. It holds the art style, but looks far better than the original version on PS2. I didn't mean just graphics either. I meant controls/feeling too.

I wish Sony would drop the HD redo over and trophies and just have an update which treats PS2 in the same way it was done on the PS3.
