The only "weeb games" I play are a few JRPGs in the form of Dragon's Dogma and Golden Sun.Can't help you here, sorry.
I lack dedicated weeb consoles,
Never heard of it. Never played Monster Hunter either. I lack dedicated weeb consoles, so that's to be expected though. *goes back to silently waiting for Valkyria sequels to be ported to pc*
Keyu probably knows something about it too...

Moved to Gaming.
Toukiden is a MonHun clone made to fill the gap that was left when MonHun moved to Nintendo consoles. It's not Monster Hunter, but it's still a great game. I'll buy it eventually.

I'm currently playing dragon age on nightmare and I refuse to give my tank a helmet or the best armor because I just craft stuff that looks cool...It makes me happy
It plays like MonHun, including gear changing and customizing your avatar's features.

MH3 especially plays like an offline MMO.Toukiden has a similar problem, but I found it a little more bearable. That's good too, because the online died pretty fast.
