Well that's his logic. He's saying it doesn't matter if the high heels look aesthetically pleasing (good character design) because the high heels are unrealistic and would be ridiculous in real life.

that's not good character design... A believable character (for their universe) is good character design.

i don't even see how high heels make a video game character more aesthetically pleasing. They make real women look better because it makes them look like they have longer more toned legs. They could literally just draw her with long toned legs and logical shoes
