Intel G4560 $80Sapphire RX 460 $95Compatible motherboard $50-60Total: ~$250It's not feasible to get a COTS desktop or parts that will play games for $200. If you scrounge thrift stores for miscellaneous parts, you can spend your budget on the motherboard, CPU, and GPU. If you have a desktop already, you likely have many of those cheap parts you can work with.
