That's how it feels like with Majora's Mask. I loved Ocarina of Time and heard MM was great, but I didn't get very far and I can't seem to enjoy it. Feels like I'm forcing myself to play it, even though it's not very fun...

Halo: CE was a bit of a trudge for me. There were a lot of points where I just felt like quitting.

But if I ever make an impressions thread on a game, you can count on me to play it to the end.

Star Ocean The Last Hope. The fist time I played it I stopped playing once I returned to the first planet in the game. I wanted to give the game a second try so I did and I stopped playing about 2hours before where I stopped the first time. The game is too painful and cringy for me to complete.

I hated ME1 when I got lost on the Citadel, so I gave up for a few days.

Came back later and pushed through, ended up really liking it then enjoying the series.

They were birthday presents, so of course I tried to appreciate the - didn't really work out.
Seems like my friends noticed that I don't enjoy their choices; nowadays they ask me what game I'd actually like.

I would say Halo CE, but I still haven't finished it. Same goes for the old Call of Duty games when they had some seriously long campaigns. After I finished Finest Hour I never touched it again because the final American missions were a bitch to finish (bastard MG42 positions in corridors to simulate difficulty) and the fucking "Defend the Tractor factory" mission for the Russian campaign was like playing a Nazi Duckhunt.

More recently it would be DAH!: Path of the Furon. I thought the game sucked by the time I completed the first location's missions (Vegas, I think), but I'd spent £40 on what I thought would be a safe purchase considering the previous games in the series and only once I finished it, it became a tad more enjoyable.

...only for the game save to corrupt meaning if I wanted to have fun on the game I'd have to go through all the missions again. Fuck that, sold it a week later.
