Halo WC Thread (Finals starting!) ALG vs CLG

Naded just needs a perfect squad. If he can find people on caliber with OG snipedown and twins then they could totally take the title. I feel like he just is not getting picked up from people thinking he has a curse. EG should drop common and pick up Naded.

At least CLG were not fucks after the win. They still came off as tools for that whole series. Really disappointing for nade.

CLG deserve the win, but it was great nonetheless

Fighting AI in Halo 5 is the best since Halo CE IMO, so I'm looking forward to Firefight. Shame it's 4 months out.

They need to change the format for pro league. Single elim bo5 until finals is a joke, especially when we're talking about a 2.5 mill prize pool. Renegades and EG got screwed over completely IMO.
Regardless it was a fun tourney, and I think h5 is a great competitive game from both a player and spectator perspective. Also 75k viewers (95k if you count summit's viewing stream) on twitch is really good. H2A tournaments would get around 15k and the most I saw for an H4 event was 8k. Shit on 343 as much as you want for all the stupid shit they do, but you gotta hand it to them for all the support they give to the competitive community. They've really helped grow the scene with HCS and HWC.

Also I'm pretty fucking mad about that RNG choke. What. The. Fuck. I thought they had an easy run to finals, and it's a shame because I think they would've put up a much better fight against clg than alg did.
