And buyable in-game resources: $10 for 10,000 resources, $25 for 25,000, $50 for 50,000 and $100 for 100,000

But seriously, Halo Wars 2 needs to borrow stuff that made the console version of C&C 3 Kane's Wrath the best console RTS.

The vehicles and stuff look pretty good, glad the covenant design i going back towards bungie than 343.

I'm hoping the environments are just downscaled textures and not detailed for keeping the beta small.

Ah well. *hopefully* a simplified, less detailed design will mean the game doesn't drop frames like was common in HW1.

Used resources better spent on bringing Halo: Online or Halo 3 to US PCs.

There's more than just visual looks to a game, and gameplay wise, the first Halal Wars was a pretty bad RTS in comparison to others.

I really wished they stuck with what they showed when they unveiled Halo Wars at E3, what we got at E3 and what we got with the full game were two completely different stories. When you look at the original director of the game, and how he talked about the game, it's clear the man had a lot of concepts but no actual substance (Also he was kind of an asshole who tried to advertise his game in shit that didn't matter, like in the Halo Legends interview he advertised his game when all they did was ask him what he thought about Halo in general). HW2 isn't even out yet but if it tries to play itself as a successor to the first instead of doing what it SHOULD and be a legitimate Halo RTS, it's going to fail more than the first did.
