I'm hoping Atriox doesn't die in this game and we get him in other things. The banished would be a good replacement for the covenant in future Halo games.

343i said they want to keep him around, but with their track record from Escalation onward, I wont be surprised if he's killed of in the in the game case's inserted pamphlet.

I wasn't counting the terminals. The Didact was an amazing character, but if you have to sit through the terminals to get the villain's personality 100% right then there's something wrong in the game's main plot. He was still okay though.

I don't think they make those pamphlets anymore so it'll probably be in a tweet or a facebook post.

Indeed. If it wasn't for the terminals he'd pretty much be Rita Repulsa, albeit with cooler armor and dialogue

I'm hopeful about CA as the developer for Halo Wars 2, but Total War: Rome II is still fresh on my mind, so I'll wait for some let's plays and some reviews before I consider getting it.
