I think it'd be cool if, for Halo 3's anniversary (if anybody is still playing MCC) they released an update/patch for Halo 3 cutscenes to replace them with Blur's work. I would ask for a remaster a la H2A or CEA, but that happening only three years after the MCC released seems to be a little much.

Even if no did play MCC by then, I'd be damned if thousands of people won't pop in the game again to play it.

I'd be satisfied if they did something as simple as do a "movie" out of the cutscenes and such if they didn't really feel like doing a remaster or a patch. The story isn't great, even by Halo standards, but it would work great to service the fans of the franchise.

Armor aesthetics were fine. Really only disliked how bulkier = more advanced, but that's just a minor gripe that doesn't really affect my overall stance of the game.

Gameplay was fun but only in a casual sense due to how randomized the most basic elements of the game were.

Campaign was okay. Disliked how the enemies all had aimbots. Story was downright awful. A lot of cool concepts were used in Reach, but they were never fully fleshed out like they could have been.

Weapon sandbox was mediocre. It is largely still a one gun game.

Forge was awesome, but the generic palette of options resulted in stale looking maps. The lack of an adequate 'Normal' setting also prevented it from achieving its full potential. (Some of the best custom games on Halo 3 utilized many of the objects' ability to be pushed around everywhere.)

They still have a lot to fix. It is still impossible for me to find a BTB match, and three months after launch that is unacceptable. And it's not my internet or connection before anyone says that.
