They've likely been working on the game for a while. It's been 3 years since BF4 came out after all.Wanting to show off the mp this early though indicates that EA and DICE are confident in their product. Hopefully it doesn't crash and burn on stage.
Sounds like it'll be more of a LAN MP gameplay reveal. God knows when they'll have decent netcode.

It was pretty awful at launch but Dice LA really did wonders with the game. Shame 343 didn't ever fix MCC like DICE did.

I'm wonder how fast the tanks will be. In real life you can run faster than them which means gameplay wise they will be too slow to have any enjoyment out of.
