I have tried helping one person so far. And I kept telling him the reason he was not able to bring his account onto his Xbox One was because he was using the wrong email and then an hour later he says he is going to check what his email is on his 360 and then tells me he used that email and it worked. HOW FUCKING STUPID CAN PEOPLE FUCKING BE.
