TL;DR I'm going back to BF4 until they update warzone to be more balanced.

Honestly, though, the more I play of warzone the more I find it frustrating. It was amazing on the first couple days but now, I'm honestly just finding it frustrating to play even when I'm doing good. There's only three maps, and only one (Apex 7) is any decent. The rest just become so chaotically filled with grenade spam it's no fun to play for the central objective. Plus, because of the constant rate of deaths, it's damnnear impossible to take a side base (Apex 7 discluded here) because as soon as one enemy enters the base, it stops the capture even if your entire team is there, so it gives time for everyone else to spawn and utterly rape you. Elsewise, trying to run around the map, particularly on Stormbreak, is pretty much begging to be cross-mapped by br spam and it's impossible to fight back because you can't actually aim at the enemy. And when one team pulls ahead even slightly, you may as well give up trying because they will get tanks and snipers when half your team is struggling to get a fucking plasma caster. Then it just devolves into a spawnkilling mess at a base where no one can push forward either way and that's not fun for anyone involved.Don't get me wrong, those games where everyone seems to play for more objectives than the grenade clusterfuck and the game is pretty much neck-andneck are amazing and a blast to play. But they rarely happen outside of Apex 7. So I've sort of lost my enthusiasm for warzone. I'm looking forward to when they modify it based on feedback and/ or add the PvE variant they talked about, but right now it's just a frustrating mess that isn't fun regardless of how good you're doing.

I'm a big team guy, I like games with more than a handful of players.Plus, 8/10 games in team arena are ctf on Truth, and I despise that map.

Get on my league.
Angry Joe gave mgs V a 9 (and said he was very close to giving it a 10) despite stating that it had an incomplete story (which is huge for mgs), and repetitive mission design.
and while campaign didn't blow me away, its still incredibly enjoyable.
Instead of focusing on what matters in a shooter, Joe focuses on req packs for 15 minutes and (from my gameplay experience) falsely calculates the amount of time needed to earn a gold pack.
The "omg we need to save gaming" mentality that many youtubers and reviewers have is starting to get a bit annoying, not because they are wrong, but because they go into every game with predetermined review scores based on hype, popularity, and whether or not the developer has gamer cred.
It astounds me how apologetic you all are. I'm just glad Halo 5's arena is one of the best -- should add a lot of replay value.

This campaign is easily one of the worst -- all of my anti-Halo bias aside.QuoteInstead of focusing on what matters in a shooter, Joe focuses on req packs for 15 minutes and (from my gameplay experience) falsely calculates the amount of time needed to earn a gold pack.I've heard that it is a pretty accurate calculation, but I don't have any means to back that up.QuoteThe "omg we need to save gaming" mentality that many youtubers and reviewers have is starting to get a bit annoying, not because they are wrong, but because they go into every game with predetermined review scores based on hype, popularity, and whether or not the developer has gamer cred.>hype means lower scoreMGSV gets a 9, is more hyped than H5>popularityNot relevant.>Gamer credWhat the fuck?Sure some reviewers may do that (IGN), but c'mon. If Joe was going to be a fake he would have done more shady shit a long time ago. I didn't go into Halo 5 with a predetermined rating, but this game was absolute trash, even by Halo standards.Don't be mad because your franchise shit the bed this time around.
Also this is one of the most cringe worthy reviews I had ever seen, Joe doesn't know shit about the Halo universe.
Hype = higher scores. It's exactly why mgsv received 10/10's out the ass. The hype made the reviewers so giddy that they didn't even think about the incoherent story, repetitive missions, and bullshit micro transactions when they rated the game, and if they did, it had little-no impact on the score.

So... what's your argument now?
Angry Joe Logic "Halo Reach is great even without Master Chief""Halo 5 only lets us play as Master Chief for 3 missions, BLASPHEMY"Also this is one of the most cringe worthy reviews I had ever seen, Joe doesn't know shit about the Halo universe. Does he really think that it only focuses on Master Chief, sums up why I will always hate Master Chief fanboys <_<
Quote from: Deathstroke on November 02, 2015, 04:57:43 PMAlso this is one of the most cringe worthy reviews I had ever seen, Joe doesn't know shit about the Halo universe. This is not a valid complaint. One does not need to be a Halo expert to understand thematic or narrative quality, both of which Halo 5 is sorely lacking. As for Reach? I'm pretty sure that game doesn't feauture Master Chief on the box art. So yet again, another stupid argument.

sorely lacking.Uhhh how so, all you had to do was know who blue team is, read escalation (Halo Canon has the full escalation on his channel so that's not a big deal), and watch the "Hunt THE truth" audio vid(Halo Canon and Halo Follower has this on there channels, again not a big deal), also this game has a lot of data pads on this game, so it shouldn't be hard to collect all of them, it gives you additional info. The only plot hole i would say is when Jul is with Halsey, why they were together after Hasley betraying Jul on Escalation 23 is beyond me.
Except for the people who read "Fall of Reach" would know that chief was there at the time, besides why should Halo games suck Master Chiefs dick anyway. Don't get me wrong I like hime but Halo games like Halo Wars, ODST, Reach, and Halo 5 (Lock having 12 missions and Chief with 3 mission) proves that you don't have to focus too much on Master Chief and still have a great story. Main reason why Master Chief fanboys needs to get off his ass and see that you don't need Master Chief to tell a great story.
