Looks worse than Halo 4's prologue and epilogue.
Honestly, that cutscene was kind of shitty. Spartans are super soldiers, but they're not magical superheroes that can gayly skip down a sheer mountainside tearing dozens of enemies apart.
It looks like Jul's forces are fighting another faction, but who or what? I didn't see any UNSC ships in orbit and it can't be the Prometheans. Unless Kamchata has some for automated defenses.
YouTubeSpoilerThanks Peelo
I really hope Palmer dies as a side note.Wait, make that Palmer and Karen Travisties self insert super secret Mary-sue ONI leader spartan.

This is pretty established in the canon. This cutscene reflects Spartans capabilities.

Bungie's portrayal is so disconnected from the canon that S-IIs in their games and S-IIs in the books are basically different things.Like John barely outrunning the plasma beam at the end of 'Regret' in Halo 2. So stupid.

never forgetman 2013 343i was fucking terrible
Quote from: Fedorekd on September 02, 2015, 05:15:39 AMnever forgetman 2013 343i was fucking terribleFucking context asshatI love how people intentionaly misinterpret that statement for all theirr bullshit Thriffurthrree R ghey arguments. It's clearly just a showing that they want to get more people interested in the series. Not saying 343 never fucked up, in fact thet did big time (FUNKING PLASMA PISTOLS) but being overly cynical Anita Sarkeesian level dishonest asshats doesnt help anything
Also the "hurr superheroes now" comments don't make sense.Spartans literally are superheroes, and always have been. Just because they aren't Marvel or DC doesn't change anything.

Was he seriously just dicking arround?
