OT: Yes, the whole game needs to be dl'd. One neat feature: when it says 'Ready to start', launch it and disable Halo 4 from being downloaded in the install menu. That should help you somewhat.

I hope they thought about cases where people from different regions want to mm together in one party. Hope.

Aight you can sneak in like a Mexican going around the border by partying up with people from a different region. I’ve got MCC in the queue just gimme 8 months to finish downloading the Mythic Map Pack on 360 and I’ll download/update it
