Halo 3 has a shit campaign and Halo Reach is just a bad game, but at least they launched as full games and you didn't have to read the books to understand what's going on in them. When Bungie had Halo you just needed the books to find out what happened in between the games and the lore which makes them up like the Spartan program and why the war started. With 343 on the other hand you need to read the books and comics to understand not only what happened in between the games, but the games as well. I know Bungie had their faults with Halo but 343 shouldn't even made the book mistakes since they know how little Bungie explained in their games. Unlike Halo 5, The Wither 3 on the other hand gives you info about what happened in the other two games.

They made them all irrelevant in the story anyway, so I'm not sure where this complaint's coming from. People who put time and money into EU content are just as pissed as everyone else.

Going back to the old Halos makes me sad because they actually had decent level design and good amounts of content and an atmosphere that wasn't fucking awful.

Even then it would be nice to know who these new people are, where did the infinity come from and the factions that make up the games. For Halo 5 you go right into it fighting Promethean soldiers who popped into existing right after Halo 4.

boarding vehicles... no, vehicles in general are really dumb in this game

it's like CE all over again, barely getting touched by a vehicle moving 1mph will kill you

After that, Tragic pulled all stops and got set to repair the Ark at any cost. Which is why the compliment of Armigers were activated, and the strato-sentinels were mass produced and armed.

The Typhoon is actually really dangerous against infantry since it's got upped everything.

And the last version of the hydra is literally satan because every rocket has an EMP effect. If you fire them slowly at vehicles you can just stun lock them completely.

But, agreeably, all base weapons in warzone are made of shit.

The mid tiers are usually the best all around, and last versions are usually special snowflakes designed to make anybody regret stepping into a vehicle even more.

I don't buy that he wouldn't active them as soon as the Flood arrived.

If there ever is a Halo 3 Anniversary and they add new terminals, they should totally explain why Solitude wasn't involved.
