I'm enjoying the HWC buildup. The U.S. teams are insane right now. There's a good 15 or so NA teams that are competent and only 8 can go to finals. H2A really only had 2 or 3 teams that had to fight for top 8 but with hwc that number has doubled. Lots of new players and new teams are making this shit hype fam.

I do. Most big halo events get 15-20k concurrent viewers.

It's entertaining, and some of the players are genuinely cool people as well.

Hell yeah. It's one of the few pieces of spectator entertainment I can enjoy being able to understand the nuances of the gameplay.

but thank god i have ALL the mongeese and scout warthogs

I just suddenly noticed how meaningless an armoured vehicle is. Speficially any kind that has an open cockpit.

On testing, 90% of the time an ONI warthog takes a hit from a tank/explosive/laser, the vehicle survives, but the occupants don't.

Real useful, that is. I really feel like handing the enemy team a free warthog.

The only reason I want the DMR is so I literally won't ever need to use power weapons again.

My sole purpose at this point is to just make the game miserable for the other team.

DMR accomplishes that harder than anything else in the game. When I get it, I'll just be that one asshole who uses damage boosts and active camo.

It's absolutely insane just how OP the DMR still is compared to the BR even after Halo 4, and then they don't even at least have a good unlock system like Halo 4 did.

My DMR with a recon sight is perfect. Great for all ranges.

Kinetic bolt BR with damage boost used on any vehicle is also a way to get good hatemail.

I finally have a use for those 54 damage boosts I never used.

Speed boost stacking + speed boost armour ability + ravening sliver + overshield is the equivilent of injecting a cocaine fueled rampage into your system.

When sprinting your lunge range can beat Halo 2's energy sword.
