You do mean 1.28Mb and not 1.28MB, right? Because I have 6Mb, and while it slow for long downloads, it nothing compared to how bad yours sounds. Where I live, I can't get anything better. Kinda sucks. It's expensive for what it provides, there's a cap(even though I don't care and go over every month) and it's just not very fast. It's fine for pretty much anything besides downloading large files. And unfortunately, games are several Gigabytes big.
