Well first of all I don't take my 50", I take my smaller 32".  None of my friends live in a 5 story buildings either.  I put the xbox and accessories in the box I bought it in which has a handle and carry my TV under my arm.  It's not a big deal for me.

Some of my friends and I have multiple TV's.  So there's always at least one at my house.  Depending on whose house the party is at determines whether we need to bring TVs or just Xboxes.  My one friend has like 7 TVs and 2 projectors so we just bring xboxes.

Yeah, I played Halo for the first time when I was four, and started playing a lot of it when I was seven.

And I am one of the guys that plays split screen with my friends online, but not the autistic asshole that uses a mic and talks to his buddies over chat and forces everyone to listen.

By I figured I would use this opportunity to bring up a PS4 commercial where a man was playing destiny on the couch with his wife and they were both holding controllers and at the end of the match they stood up and hugged.

I was like "wot" "but no splitscreen tho"

The TV is small enough for me to throw it in a backpack with whatever console I'm taking. It just werks.

it's just a lot of extra money to be spending when the game itself could give us the courtesy of playing on one screen

Still bullshit, though. I'm actually not that excited for Halo 5 anymore (not because of this.)

Kinda old news.  I never knew split screening was so popular.  Apparently everyone and their grandma split screens daily.

Its just nice to have the option.

It's a bit weird since Star Wars Battlefront, A game that's pushing "MASSIVE PEW PEW GUN BATTLES WITH 2FOUR PLAYURS" Can achieve Split-Screen. But Halo 5, a game that also has 24 players, but far less graphical fidelity can't? I mean it's probably all based around the engines they're using but I just feel like this is laziness on 343's part.

Halo has better physics than Battlefield/front so that takes more resources.

Custom game and campaign wise it's retared not having it but for online wise it ruins it. I take it you haven't played any games where someone with three guests leaves and your team is either half strength or you're by yourself?

Lol, that does suck but I've had so much more fun playing split screen than I've ever had with just multiplayer that it's not worth getting rid of.
