Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
I just have a few questions:

1. How does the Anniversary multiplayer feel? Is it any good? Is it worth playing than the other games in the collection?

2. How does Halo feel in 60fps?

3. I haven't seen that much of the main menu. What other features are there on the main menu that you can use?

I haven't played any of the multiplayer yet so I can't speak to that.

But I can notice the difference with it being 60 fps, it's a lot more noticeable then I thought it would have been. I dunno, to me at least, it seems like you can't really notice the difference 60 fps brings unless you play it at 60 fps, I could never notice much difference in those comparison videos.

As for the main menu it's basically sub-menu extravaganza. To be honest it's not pretty, but it's functional. Although it is a little tiresome if want to swap between say from campaign to matchmaking to forge since you have to go down all the sub menus.

1. Halo 2 Anniversary MP is highly skill based. I'd compare it to Halo 2 without the shitty autoaim and glitches. (Maybe it still has that autoaim, so I could be forgetting or not noticing)

2. It feels godlike. I'm not going to lie, it actually creates more skill. Having twice the frames has made me need to relearn how to aim (at least for MP), and it makes it so you need to be dead on accurate. For me though, the 60 fps really shines with the projectiles, seeing the plasma actually fly towards you without stuttering is sooooo goood. It really benefits all the Halo games.

3. Anything that was in the Main Menu of the other Halo games is there. There are some new customization options, but they don't take up too much space.

I was watching gameplay videos and it looked weird but glad to know that it feels great.

1) its good. some of the additions to the maps (gungoose) were unnecessary and, quite frankly, stupid. but its good. its a better competitive game than reach or h4 so at least we're there. probably better than h3 too.

2) feels great. i have issues with frame loss in campaign but otherwise the games look and feel awesome.

3) menu UI is really buggy. you have to redo your controller settings for every individual game, roster doesnt really work. UI looks okay though.

I'm having great fun with it.  Haven't gotten around to the multiplayer (I need people to play with) but the campaigns are great.  I would say that the framerate is a constant 60 fps in the campaign.  It feels like 45 fps and goes up to 60 when you're in smaller areas.  idk it just doesn't play as smooth as some of my PC games (the ones I use v-sync on).

One thing I have to point out is the music.  Holy shit the music.  The remastered tracks are excellent, and the new sound effects for the weapons makes it feel like you're not using pea shooters.

Oh, and the cutscene with the Gravemind is 2spoopy.

Every game feels amazing and crisp.

The downside is that the menus are all fucked up and so is matchmaking.

When/If 343 gets everything worked out on the server side, this game will be legendary.

The game is incredibly buggy right now, but the single player elements are great.  The game feels amazing at 60 FPS.  Forge is beautiful: the new terrain pieces let you make really good looking landscapes in 30 seconds, plus the scripting element is awesome: dynamic switches used to be the only thing I felt that forge maps were missing.

Bugs include:
-Matchmaking search time taking forever
-Can't join friends while they're in an open custom game
-You can cheat the ranking system
-Campaign freezes sometimes
-Joining friends can be really fucked up: it'll say you're in a lobby, but you're not, and therefore can't join.
-Matchmaking teams get split awkwardly: I searched for a BTB match, and the game distributed players among the teams unevenly from the start.  Searched again in BTB, and it turned an 8v8 into a 1v3v1v2v1v2 multi-team match.

-You can't save films

-I randomly get kicked from multiplayer lobbies and get put in games by myself after the vote screen

-You can't save films

-No file browser

-50 file limit

-To get content, you have to add the person as a friend then they have to be online to view their file share

-I just snapped the achievement app during a cutscene and my screen went black and said untracked build failed to load.  Had to quit the game and restart.

Aside from all the bad things it's pretty good!

An artist placed a urinal in a museum and called it art. I guess it depends on perspective. As an individual who draws equipment on Sangheili and such, there were better approaches to the designs.
