Half-Life 2 is 10 years old.

While everyone is off jerking to Halo 2 Anniversary can we just stop and remember Half-Life 2?. It's my favourite game of all time and it's aged considerably well. I don't really know as to why I'm making this thread other then the fact that I love this game. It's influences that are still being felt today in the modern FPS & how it jump started Steam a games platform that everyone uses pretty much at this point.

So I'm going to spend the weekend playing through this thing again. It's time to rise and shine.

Hmm. Forgot about that. I'll probably boot up Orange Box on my 360 once I'm done with the new BF4 DLC.

The game itself was great on it's own. But it's contribution to modding also. The main reason a lot of people still play the game today.

Such great games. Ive yet to play a (shooter) campaign thats on par with HL's.

Seems like a good game, but I can't play it without getting motion sickness. Same deal with Dishonored. I'm sure Viktor Antonov is a talented artist, I just wish I could enjoy his work :/
