Reach was without a doubt my favourite Halo.

Played it to hell and back, MP and campaign, firefight and forge. TU killed it completely for me, so I moved onto battlefield 3 where I turned into a shitbucket. So I guess I have to thank the bastards at 343 for making me jump ship before Halp 4 came out. Which lessened the disappointment.

One of the only great things I enjoyed about Reach was Forge. Despite it's rather dull color choice, it was a marvel looking at some of those aesthetic beauties. Great for community uses, but little else.

The campaign was extremely lacking, and the multiplayer was too casual.

Still, I made it to Inheritor. Can't say it was a bad game, but it wasn't a standard for what I think a good Halo game should be.

Reach wasn't rushed. It just lacked passion and was used partially to test out Destiny concepts. Aside from fundamental gameplay flaws the game functioned pretty damn well.

H4 had some fun customs. mongoose racing was still great, ultimate football (i guess they call it ricochet now?) is a fuckin blast, and mech wars is awesome.
