Meh tier is something you don't actively hate, you just don't really see the point of it. Whether it's because it has no defining features, your forgot about it or it's just really really bland. Take your pick.

Couldn't pick a least favourite since there's so many. Most of them are gen 1 because of their lazy uninspired designs.

Favourite: Giratina. Its slight resemblance to Armaldo in its Pokemon Crater design and colours just made it look cool as fuck to me. It and Spiritomb were my favourites in the mid/late 2000's.

Meh: Zigzagoon. There is nothing noteworthy about it, at all.

Least favourite: There are probably more than 300 designs that I think are absolutely putrid, a lot of them from Diamond/Pearl onwards. If I had to decide on the absolute worst girl of Pokemon though, I'd have to say Genesect, but not by much.
