Skyrim is perhaps the most overrated game I have ever played. It's not that good. One of the most shallow role-playing games I've ever played.

Not really. There's tons of shit to do, a great narrative, and engrossing combat. It's an improvement on Oblivion and Morrowind in nearly every way.

The same quests? There's literally hundreds of unique, non-radiant quests in the game. And please. Skyrim has an amazing story. It's not black and white which faction is "good", and the entire Great War/Altmer concept is amazingly interesting. Add onto that the gripping faction storylines, and I'm honestly surprised anyone could refute the plot's brilliance.

And are you actually serious about your "interpretation" of the combat? It's not all just spamming R2. You won't even get out of Helgen with that strategy.

its an extremely shallow RPG with very simple combat mechanics. redeemed by immersiveness and good aesthetic direction. its a 6/10 game.
