We don't even know the nuts and bolts behind Fallout 4 yet, so don't go thinking it's the bestest thing yet.

From what I see, there isn't even a stats thing like the other Fallouts, and that pic said "Science perk 1", so they might be Rim Skying it.

Speculation, but knowing Bethesda I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. Expect the worst, hope for the best.
