This is really my first Horizon game since I'm more of a Motorsport fan than Horizon.

Have you driven up a two-way street with cars parked on both sides of the kerb while the road is barely wide enough for a single vehicle? I swear these road planning jokers must have watched Back To the Future and thought since its 2018, we are all driving VTOLs.

I was going around 220mph on this freeway when one of those Mini Coopers swerved into me. I came back to see why he did that and apparently all traffic in this one particular spot acts likes that.

The only good cars I got from wheel spins were the Alfa Romeo 8C and 2018 Mustang GT

The rest have been clothes and those stupid emotes.

Ive spent about 5 wheelspins and 1 super wheel spin trying to get at least 100k somi can buy the senna, and all i keep on getting are thpse fucking emotes and clothes. The auction house i also stupid, id rather just sell the car and get the money right away

You need to Share them to appear on the Social tab. (I think)

There is also a setting which sets the upload location, but again not sure if that's the cause of your problems.
