wish i could just download something from the web browser to use. i'd just screen cap something from there, but i can't find a way to remove the cursor so i've got this fat mouse arrow sitting in the middle of it

Move cursor to bottom, use right stick to recenter

So is the only way to do it is to go on the web browser, zoom in on an image until its full screen, then save a screenshot?

You can click on some images and they'll load full screen. Check wallpaper websites.

Otherwise you gotta find a different site, they're real hit and miss on the ps4 because you can't download files.
