It's not a very demanding thing and makes quite a difference.Look at the ground texture and how it turns to shit a few feet away from the character. That's what having no AF will doEven trilinear AF is better than none.AA has quite a big impact on visuals too, depending on which type is being used.
I'm sure it'll look better final game. Also, one thing that really captured me is the draw distance. Cidney's shop was insanely far away but I could see it. I really liked that.

I even acknowledged that it was still over a year away until release. It looks good graphically as it is now, al things considered.

I know what anti-aliasing is but what's anisotropic filtering? To put it as simplyas I'm able to, it makes the quality of textures on an oblique viewing angle in relation to where the camera is looking not look like a blurry and muddy mess. For example, DmC on the PS4 has awful AF for whatever reason
Feeling pretty good about the game. Has a few negatives. Combat takes some getting used to. I'm a fan of the turned based games so this was a bit of a change. The camera needs some works. Very easy to lose faster enemies in combat, or get caught on allies in smaller spaces. Can get frantic and frustrating at times when you're still learning the flow and your team is getting slapped around. That and poison is a major bitch. The only other negative is the mountain region and the long rock walls that force you to detour for half an hour across the entire map just to get to a point on the otherside. Very annoying. The plains and marshes are much better.Game is fun and gorgeous though. Once you learn your moves the combat gets a lot smoother and less button mashy. Summons are AMAZING. Holy shit. Ramuh rekts everything nearby including the forest. Also Cindy is best gurl. From here just gonna finish up side quests and find the easter eggs. Got type-0 to play through and still need to wrap up X and X2 HD.
Fuck me there's to many games I want to buy

Dying Light on PS4 didn't have it either, but that was fixed in a patch. It's a Capcom game though, and so far they've done shoddy jobs with PS4 versions of their games. REmake, RE Revelations 2 and now DmC have problems, but they're fine on Xbone.

That might have something to do with it...? Different consoles, yeah, but Sony.
