Favorite modded gamemodes?

I know some of you guys don't like mods in games...but I don't care, moving on!

Some great games on their own has had some gamemodes made by their communities, which is your favorite?

Mine would be the Saxton Hale mod on Team Fortress 2...it's a lot of fun to go 20-1 as the boss and just KILL EVERYBODY.

Well, I don't know about game mode, aside from bloom-less Halo: Reach, but there was a modded(?)/glitched map in one of the game nights that allowed for underwater gameplay on Forge World. It was pretty neat.

That's awesome. I thought Bungie was like Verbatim-levels of opposition to mods.

Bungie and 343i were lenient with forge and custom games mods, sometimes incorporating them into official mm (Halo 4 minislayer for example). Because they just allow things in gametype settings that are in map files.

Though matchmaking mods are a big no no.

Freeze tag from Quake

Seriously, the best mode ever. I'm surprised no other games have a version of it.
Summarising - Two even teams, everyone has infinite ammo sniper rifles, one shot freezes an enemy. A frozen person can only spectate the game. Team-mates can 'melt' a frozen team-mate (so he gets back into the game). If an entire team gets frozen, the enemy team scores a point and the other team respawns simultaneously.
