Oh, that's certainly a change from shooting and killing in some war torn place in the world.

Does seem like it'll be loosing a lot less in terms of content - hunting still there (obvs), not much to kill with I imagine or any story past survival.

But meh, I know virtually nothing about it. We will see.

Eh, I guess I don't find the concept interesting. I would like a Far Cry game about a 19th century British explorer stranded in some far-off land. That would be cool. Different enough because of the technology of the time, but with a somewhat more relatable protagonist.

I'm not sure what this has to offer that the other Far Cry's don't with the possible exception of less content.

I mean sure, it's a different theme, but grounding it during the prehistoric era could potentially pigeonhole the gameplay.

No guns?

No wingsuits?

No vehicles?

There's only so much you can do with spears and bows. Idk, I hope they can somehow compensate for this, I just hope they don't rely too much on thematics.

I loved 3 though.

I think I'm just getting burned out on Ubisoft's mediocre open world design.
Cramming the map full of shit that's just the same few depthless things isn't good design.

See. I liked 3, though it could be tedious. 4 I played like 8 hours. And quit. It was boring. Nice graphics. Cool looking world. But I didn't care for it.
