It's not CG. It's rendered in engine. Take Uncharted for example. Cutscene and gameplay graphics are nearly identical. Now. We still have to see if the game will stay looking like this. Doubtful though.

In usual Ubisoft fashion they always make the final product look like dogshit compared to the reveal.

It's FC3 with a less interesting setting and villain, but more shit to do. It's basically the same gameplay-wise.
