They've been released every 4-6 years and this year Skyrim turns 4, so an announcement at E3 with a release next year is likely.

I'll be shocked (and very disappointed) if Fallout 4 isn't announced this year.
Highly unlikely but I desperately want to see a new instalment in the Oddworld series.
Destiny Comet will be there. Somewhat looking forward to that.
Mass Effect 4 should be interesting.
Halo 5 is a given. They'll most likely show off a campaign mission for Spartan Locke.

-says please understand for Zelda U
-announces release dates for a few Wii u games waiting to come out
-animal crossing u
-ninty has as awesome of a digital event as they did last year, full of dank memes
-Nintendo world championships is awesome and includes smash, Mario kart and splatoon.

-Microsoft shows off some halo stuff
-shows quantum break, tomb raider, etc.
-new rare game (battletoads? banjo?)
-shows windows 10 for Xbox one and the connectivity between phones, PC

-PlayStation shows plans for tv programs
-Uncharted 4
-doesn't really announce much
-project Morpheus

-All other conferences feel forced and lame
-Fallout 4

It's hard to get people excited over paying $50 for what is essentially the same game with very minor alterations. They need to do what's going to generate the most buzz, and that's probably going to involve rekindling old franchises, milking new franchises, or maybe even new IPs.
