It really sucks that the most hype moment of E3 this year for me so far has been getting Rare Replay for free

In terms of reveals, I guess Dragon Ball FighterZ but I knew about it like 2 days in advance.

Looks ok but I think it'll end up being shallow and average. I'd love to be proven wrong.
i also factor more than just the games presented when i give ratings, like how the show was conducted

because we all know 90% of these games aren't gonna play as good as they looked anyway

Sony's conference was garbage. Microsoft had a slightly better conference but not by much.

EA: 3/10
MS: 6/10
Ubisoft: 5/10
Sony: 5/10

No one won this E3.

Here's hoping Nintendo fucks shit up.

What a boring conference. Loads of shit I don't care about aside from Monster Hunter. Wish there was more to God of War that I saw, but it looked like the same stuff. The only other game I did care about, Spiderman, is bogged down in QTE's.

On that note

The issue, as pointed out by a FRIEND, is that everything seems to be crossing into different genres of gaming. Games that aren't supposed to be an RPG have RPG elements, games that aren't usually open world are becoming open world and doing it poorly. And now loot is the new craze.

Everything just feels the fucking SAME.

I don't think you'll see that until (oddly enough) post-KH3. For some reason, I remember reading that Microsoft only managed to negotiate getting KH3 released on their platform. Though I could be remembering wrong.

For those who care, the Destiny 2 beta is confirmed to start July 21 for consoles, late August for PC
