I don't know which to get. I really want to like Division but I hated how the beta looked. I don't have anything against TP but I feel like it won't serve as anything replay-able like The Division. I am so torn and won't have money to get the other for a while so what should it be guys?

Sorry to hear you wasted your money fam. TP is my favourite installment but they did sweet fuck all in making the game look less dated/adding new content. You would've been better off finding a Wii version for $15 instead, unless you think amiibos are actually somehow of consequence (they seem to have a few unique effects).

but no, yeah, the game definitely has some of its design flaws

i didn't mind the save system, and i was playing on the shitty gamecube port (which is prone to freezing)

the 3DS port solves the saving issue entirely, though--just pause and put it in sleep mode
(even though that kinda kills the tension of the three day system a little bit)

As is usually the case with Zelda games, I'm stuck in an early part. I don't want to use a walkthrough either so I doubt I'll be able to collect all the masks.

TPHD feels great so far. Only sort of early game thing I dislike is how linear a path is as the wolf when getting into a new area where there looks like so much to explore and you have to get all the light things before you can really explore the area.

Yeah, it's fairly linear overall and the playable areas are so much smaller than they initially suggest until a bit later in the game. I think you'll enjoy it though.
