I used the L85 mostly but to see what kind of cheese the M16 was, I played with it for about a week.
8 Service stars in a few days and I put it down, it was just utter grape-soda on everything that moved. If retards can massacre people with it then it's just downright unfair to put it in the hands of a shitbucket >_>

G3a3 was my waifu anyway, if they put that back in then I could tolerate them giving the scrublets their m16.

I think it's fine to use, seeing as it wasn't like that when the game first came out (and could actually kill people...).

I only pull it out when a tank is surrounded by infantry so I couldn't C4 it, or a nooby mortarman tries to rut out defensive lines.

It was just overused as hell.

It has low/very manageable recoil even by scrub standards. Good ROF (800rpm which is the higher end of Assault Rifles), very quick reload and it kills in 3-4-5 bullets (headshot depending)

So basically it's just a piss easy gun to use effectively and thus everyone uses it. If it was just a few scrubs that used it, that would be one thing but when you give that to a Colonel/Shitbucket... it's a massacre.

So it affected the entire game balance so much that it was essentially a monogun game at one point, DICE nerfed it a few times but that didn't really make any difference to it at all. So instead of coming up against a diverse spread of weapons and firefights it was always a quick-kill spray and pray fight with every fucker in the game :/

Fuck those games. I tried really hard to appreciate DICE's work. But no.

It's constantly the same cheap ass modern shooter.

You might as well as call the next one Battlefield 2015 because It's starting to become shit like Madden Football.

Oh and while I'm at it, Fuck EA. I hope they go bankrupt. I haven't bought one EA game since 1998 and for a good reason too.

The principle of giving out a free DLC to all the players as a gift for sticking with the game through the shittiest launch of a battlefield title ever isn't exactly EA in full money grubbing mode you know.
This is just me not wanting them to put the M16 in that and to put some more diverse guns instead of pandering to the scrublords.
