It looks like they've made some more positive changes, and are actually adding new game modes to Crucible.

A CTF-like game mode called "Rift" and a game mode called "Mayhem" where everyone's Super abilities recharge VERY quickly. So basically team deathmatch using supers.


Also, it shows a cutscene of each class of Guardian acquiring the new super ability. So let's hope that's not the only cutscene they've made.



I won't pass judgement til I play it, but hopefully they have good story missions and what not.

Yeah, they really should give a discount to older players. I have the two expansions because I bought the Season Pass. Won't be buying this. Unless, later on, I find out it's worth it. But, if I don't, my friend is buying it for me. I can't convince him not to buy it for me, or him, or anyone else.

It sucks for the older players who played through each expansion when they came out, they breezed right through them in a day or two.

yeah but PvP isn't really a main focus of Destiny, its more centered around PvE where as Halo was dependent on its PvP content.

It's still sad that they're bundled in DLC, or even talked about.  They try to hype up every time they add a game mode (which is really just an existing game mode with a modifier, essentially) to their weak as shit list.

How much is this expansion going to cost?  $40?  It hardly seems worth it.

Really haven't seen enough to make assumptions yet. Like I said the rumor is that it will have more content than what the base game shipped with. Of course just a rumour.

don't worry it will get data mined before release and show you that it's just one planet and a raid and some subclasses that just rip skills from the other ones and slightly change them

I'm impressed with the progress they've made, but there's no way I'm pre ordering it off of this alone.

I'll have to see it ater it comes out and see how many of these chages are major, and how many are miniscule.

Id get the collectors edition but it's £80 here and $80 in the US. Wtf
