With physical games if you get tired of them you can sell them or trade them in which is something you can't do with digital. The other thing is that if you keep your system down the road you have a greater chance of keeping your games for it. With digital if your system brakes 10 years from now there's no way you're able to play them again due to there being no downloads for them.

Still is 69.99E for me in Ireland.
I won't buy it until its 20 or less. Even then I'll think extra hard if I will want to play it.

Kinda off-topic. I'm not pointing this towards TTK but games in general. So for example, TTK is $40, an in AUS it's like 70(whatever their currency is)

How can you expect TTK or anything to cost 40 pounds when 40 pounds is less than 40 dollars. 1 dollar is more than one pound. If you pay 40 pounds for TTK you're paying less than US Gamers are.
