Making the Nightfall timed is such a garbage way to make the game more "difficult". I'd rather have more modifiers active than being timed.

We had like 2-3 minutes left. It wasn't bad. Certainly doable. But I'd prefer a different kind of difficulty mechanism. Maybe even have the timer on Prestige difficulty only.

I haven't bothered doing nightfalls since week 1. They're just boring.

Yeah. The story is a campaign length and the patrol zones have much more to do in them than in D1, with the addition of things like Adventures and Lost Sectors. Only 5 strikes, though, which is a shame. The raid is huge, with plenty of optional content and secrets. Crucible has 10 maps and 5 gametypes, but only 2 playlists right now (quickplay and competitive). The Milestones system is a pretty good way of giving you something to do as well.

So yeah, enough to keep me playing anyway.

pretty shitty imo, they just scale to your light level and put a timer on it. Not really "hard", but you can get frustrated pretty fast during "clear the area" sections.

This faction rally has been pretty fun so far. Makes lost sectors a little less redundant. Lots to do on patrol, especially during flash points. Has no impact on any other game modes though. Why no faction v faction PvP?

Also where tf is the heroic strike playlist and strike scoring? Bring it back.

Finally completed the raid, ended up with 113 Calus tokens to spare. The shit in the tower gave me nothing but auto rifles and gauntlets.

Man, the main campaign goes a lot quicker if you make sure to clear all the adventures as you get them rather than wait until the end like I did on my Hunter. Already at level 15 on my Titan and haven't even left Nessus yet.

the pvp meta game is just bandwagoning at this point.

there's plenty of viable guns, some better than whats currently overused, but everyone's running whatever some faggot youtuber tells them to.

I'm wondering how difficult it will be. Mechanical changes will be limited they say. But they also say they don't expect many to complete it. I'm glad Bungie finally gave a response to our worries though. Hopefully they can fix it. Also, speaking of PoE... It was added to the database yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if it's being released soon as the live teams first batch of content coming out. Just a small update to throw at us until the expansion is out. If it's like Y3 PoE and improved I can definitely see myself playing it a good bit.

Thinking back on BUNGiE.net It's kind of disturbing how attached these people got to a game before it ever even went into alpha, and it stuck even when the base game turned out to be an utter fabricatrion. Not even No Mans Sky and Star Citizen fans seem to have that kind of fanatacism. It almost feels like a fucking Jonestown cult.
