lmao that is 100% Halo physics. I had a scorpion do that to me in when I was pissing around in Halo 3 forge.

Yeah, and there's references to things like killing Skolas, Orxy, working with Variks, etc

I couldn't finished Destiny 1 it was terrible.   

My brother bought this game on his PS4 and I really miss him so I guess I'm getting suckered into playing it... at least I don't have to buy it.

I've enjoyed the game a lot so far; I feel that it's much more expansive than the first game.

For anyone on the road to 280, spend all your glim on mods so you don't hit the cap.

Once you hit 280 you can upgrade them to legendary, which is essentially a free +5 boost to every piece of gear

The character creation is so very lazy. I wish I could make my guy look like something other than Mr. Popo or Edward Cullen.

If it wasn't for the company of my friends I couldn't stomach this game for more than 5 minutes. The writing is honestly low fan-fiction level. I can't tell the difference between the 3 generic bad-ass women. None of the returning characters are the good ones (Banshee and Eris Morn are the only cool NPCs from D1).

All I can think of when I see the main bad-guy is Bane from TDKR. All the other new characters I've come up with new names for because I can't be assed to remember their generic titles.

If you even remotely enjoyed Destiny 1, vanilla or otherwise, then sure.

You could just wait for the inevitable DLC bundle next year though

If you can get the game and expansion pass for under $50 somehow, then go for it if you like looter shooters. Otherwise, pass or wait until next year when they release the GOTY edition.
